The third module of the CEE Animation Workshop 2026 brought 31 participants to Budapest for six days of intensive project development. The twelve animation projects took center stage, with training in marketing, pitching, and legal aspects of animation production. Group leaders Réka Temple and Annemie Degryse guided the teams together with script consultants Phil Parker and Rita Domonyi. An Open Industry Day at MOME, organized with HAPA, offered participants the opportunity to present their projects to the Hungarian animation sector. Masterclasses were provided by Anita Doron, director of The Breadwinner, and Hisko Hulsing, known for Undone and The Sandman. The workshop concludes with an online session in October.
