Billy Lumby, BAFTA-nominated director, and Marlene Emilie Lyngstad, winner of Nordic Talents, are participating in the San Sebastián New Directors competition. The competition attracts filmmakers from fourteen countries, including Bulgaria, Japan, Kazakhstan, and Ukraine. The Chilean-French-Argentine co-production *Erratics* by director Thomas Woodroffe is also participating. The film stars Denis Lavant. *Money Heist* actor Jaime Lorente is also attached to one of the participating projects. The selection reflects a broad international spectrum of emerging film talent.
