The Giffoni Film Festival takes place this year from July 17 to 25 in Giffoni Valle Piana under the theme Le cose impossibili, where more than 5,000 jurors from 35 countries will judge 104 films, divided into 42 feature films and 62 short films. The competition includes coming-of-age fiction, animation, social dramas, and documentaries exploring themes such as identity, mental health, and social inequality, while the sections are organized by age from +6 to +18. In addition to the competition, the festival presents previews of, among others, DreamWorks' Forgotten Island, Disney's live-action Oceania, and LAIKA's Wildwood – I segreti del bosco proibito, complemented by workshops for 200 aspiring actors.
