Banijay and All3Media announce a mega-merger, with Marco Bassetti as CEO and Jane Turton as deputy CEO. The combined company will become the largest production group outside the US, with revenues exceeding €4.4 billion and EBITDA of €690 million. It will manage more than 170 creative labels in 25 countries and produce 20,000 hours of content annually. RedBird IMI, led by Jeff Zucker, will become the majority shareholder. The merger creates scale, IP ownership, and synergies.
