At the 39th edition of the Spanish Film Academy Awards, the Goya for Best Film was awarded jointly for the first time to two films: "The 47" by Marcel Barrena and "Undercover" by Arantxa Echevarría. Both films, based on true stories, were box office successes in Spain. "The 47" won a total of five awards, including Best Production Supervision and Best Special Effects. "Undercover" stood out for the performance of Carolina Yuste, who received the award for Best Actress.
